Memorize the password of your card while using ATM. Don’t tell your password to anyone, including employees of the Bank and do not write down to anywhere.

Significant points to be taken into consideration for security !

Do not use date of birth or your personal data which can be easily obtained by third persons, while setting Worldcard or Pulkart password.
Do not use the same or consecutive figures such as 1111, 5555, 1234 while setting password. 
Do not write your password on the card, do not store in your wallet, computer or mobile phone, and change regularly your password.   You can easily change your Worldcard and Pulkart password from ATM.
 If you have any difficulty with regard your card and password, you can contact with our Branches or *0444 Yapı Kredi Call Center.
 If you lose your card or it is stolen, contact immediately with *0444 Yapı Kredi Call Centre for deactivation of your card. 
If your card is stacked around the ATM, do not accept support proposals received from unknown persons and do not tell you password to anyone, including our employees.  If applicable, do not go far from ATM and contact with *0444 Yapı Kredi Call Centre and have your card closed.  Your new card will be published within the shortest period and sent your address.
In no case, accept other persons support while making transaction in ATM.
