In 1999, Mr.Agırbas graduated from the Faculty of General Economics at the Anadolu University.In 1997-1999, worked as a foreign trade operations specialist of the Denizli branch of "Yapı Kredi Bank"/Turkey, in 1999-2000 - as a foreign trade operations specialist.From 2000 to 2007, Mr.Agırbas was a commercial portfolio manager at "Yapı Kredi Bank", in 2008–2010 Mr. Agırbas served as the manager of "Izmir Aydın Efeler" branch of "Yapı Kredi Bank"/Turkey. In 2010-2012, Mr.Agırbas was the head of the Sumgait branch of "Yapı Kredi Bank" CJSC/Azerbaijan.In 2012-2013, Mr.Agırbas was the head of the customer service department of "Yapı Kredi Bank" CJSC/Azerbaijan. In 2014-2018, Mr. Agırbas was the director of "İzmir Ege" branch of "Yapı Kredi Bank"/Turkey. In 2018-2019, Mr.Agırbas was Deputy General Director in Sales and Marketing department of "Yapı Kredi Bank" CJSC/Azerbaijan. From 05.02.2019, Mr.Agırbas is Deputy General Director in Sales and Marketing department and a member of the Board of Management of "Yapı Kredi Bank" CJSC/Azerbaijan.

Working life: 1999-2005 – retail banking services executive officer at Koçbank (Azərbaycan) LTD, 2005-2008 – Head of Operations Department at Koçbank (Azərbaycan) LTD, 2008-2009 – Head of Operations Team at Yapı Kredi Bank Azərbaycan CJSC, 2009-2012 – Deputy General Director for the control of activities of Operations Team, IT Department and Administrative Department at Yapı Kredi Bank Azərbaycan CJSC, 2012-2013 – Deputy General Director for Operations Team at Yapı Kredi Bank Azərbaycan CJSC, 2013-2015 – Deputy General Director for Operations Team, member of Executive Board at Yapı Kredi Bank Azərbaycan CJSC, since 01.10.2015 has been serving as Deputy General Director for Operations Team, member of Executive Board at Yapı Kredi Bank Azərbaycan CJSC. 

Teymuraz Amirov

He graduated from Baku State University, Faculty of Law in 1989-1994. He served as a lawyer at “Baku Transport-7 OJSC” in 2002-2003. He served as a Legal Adviser at “Cred Agro NBFI” in 2004-2008. He continued his professional career as a Lawyer in Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan in 2008-2009, as a Head of Legal Department in 2009-2018 and as a board member beginning from February 13, 2018.
